- Indefo Pets is your pet’s digital home — a place to keep their important records, care information, documents, reminders, photos and memories together, so everything you need is easy to find when you need it.
- What can I keep in Indefo?
- Everything that matters for your pet, all in one place. Keep their profile, medical history, vaccinations, medications, weight and health notes, important documents such as passports and insurance, plus photos, memories and milestones as they grow.
- Is Indefo free to use?
- Yes. The Free plan lets you create a profile for one pet and keep essential records, vaccination details and reminders. Premium is £4.99 per month and gives you access to multiple pets, more photo and document storage, advanced reminders and additional sharing features.
- Can I cancel Premium at any time?
- Yes. There’s no minimum commitment, and you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. You’ll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will return to the Free plan.
- Can I share my pet’s information with family, sitters or vets?
- Yes. Premium members can securely share selected pet information with people they trust, such as family members, pet sitters, walkers or vets. You stay in control of what information they can access.
- How many pets can I add?
- The Free plan includes one pet profile. With Premium, you can add multiple pets and keep each pet’s records, documents, reminders and memories organised in their own profile.
- Is my pet’s information kept private?
- Yes. Your pet’s information is private to your account and only shared with people you choose to give access to. We do not sell your personal information or your pet’s data.
- What is the Indefo Marketplace?
- The Marketplace is a curated space for pet products and independent pet brands. You’ll also find a small selection of Indefo products, including our jewellery and accessories.
