You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Indefo.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — pet profiles, records, documents and photos. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to anyone you have chosen to share it with.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malicious files.

• The Free plan includes one pet profile with core record keeping.
• Premium costs £4.99 per month and unlocks unlimited pets, unlimited photo and document storage, advanced reminders, health tracking, expense tracking and secure sharing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If you downgrade, content above the Free plan limits becomes read-only rather than being deleted.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Prices include applicable taxes where required. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review it. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not affected by these terms.

Indefo is a record-keeping and organisation tool. Reminders, health entries and any information shown in the app are for your own reference and are not veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinary professional about your pet's health, and do not rely on Indefo reminders as the only safeguard for time-critical treatment.

The Indefo Marketplace features products from Indefo and from independent brands. Where a product is sold by an independent brand, that brand is responsible for its own products, descriptions, delivery and returns.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with, disrupt or reverse engineer the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform
• Resell or redistribute access to Indefo without our permission

We work hard to keep Indefo available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to suspend access for maintenance or updates. We recommend keeping your own copies of critical documents.

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

To the extent permitted by law, Indefo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on reminders or records as a substitute for professional veterinary care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
